I'm a digital marketing and communications specialist with 6 years of experience in international corporate environments in the UK - combining content strategy, creative direction and graphic design to deliver work that actually makes an impact.
I've operated at both ends of the scale: leading communications for a major organisational rebrand at Nuclear Restoration Services (2,000+ employees across 12 UK sites), and independently owning all marketing for a B2B clean energy company, reporting directly to the CEO. I thrive when I'm building something from the ground up — a campaign, a brand identity, a content strategy, or a visual system.

Education
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from SGH Warsaw School of Economics - one of Poland's most respected business schools - which I completed in 2024 while working full time in the UK.
Before that, I studied Graphic Design at Tischner European University in Kraków, graduating in 2020. That combination -business-minded marketing strategy grounded in genuine design skills - shapes everything I do.
Experience
My career has taken me across industries and scales - from a solo marketing role at a clean energy startup to communications for a 2,000-strong organisation spanning 12 sites across the UK.
At Nuclear Restoration Services I spent four years delivering digital and social media campaigns, leading recruitment marketing for the Young Careers programme, contributing to a major organisational rebrand, and creating everything from infographics to event materials. I learned what it means to work at pace, across functions, and with real stakes.
Before that, at Green Fuels, I was the entire marketing department - owning strategy, content, design, web presence and paid campaigns, reporting directly to the CEO. Building something from nothing, with full accountability, taught me more than any single role could.
On the side, I've run Kasperek Design as a freelance studio since 2019 - taking on branding, web design and digital marketing projects for clients across the UK and Poland.
